When it comes to Real Estate - experience counts. The market can change quickly. Now more than ever it is important to work with a Realtor that has the knowledge and experience to help navigate the often-tricky waters of buying or selling a property, but honestly you need more than that these days.

Wouldn’t it be great if you had a friend in real estate? Someone who you trust and who would be there to answer questions when you start thinking about a purchase or a sale. Someone who can give you no pressure advice on the market condition and the best times to buy or sell. Someone who cares enough to be truthful and offer sincere and honest opinions about each step along the way. Someone who is not only a full time professional experienced in all aspects of real estate but who cares about you. Just imagine how sweet it would be to have a real friend in real estate. Well that is exactly what I am in this business to be.

I genuinely care about the people I work with and treat each one like I would my best friend. I do not work for the short game or quick money; I play the long game investing with honesty and integrity in each person I work with. I offer you more than just professional service and over 20 years experience – I offer you a friendship and the chance to navigate through this especially important process with someone you can trust and who cares more about you than money. This is not just something I say – there are many times when my help and advice is not followed by a paycheck or times when I help and work with people for years before it results in a trade for me. The point is that I care – to answer your questions, offer help and give honest advice which may even mean “don’t sell” or “don’t buy” – it is hard to say those things when you are in the business to help people buy and sell houses, but sometimes that is the best advice and if it is - you can count on me to say so.

Talk is cheap and lots of people know how to sell themselves and sell houses - what sets me apart from them is my clients. The best recommendation for me comes from those clients - many of whom have become lifelong friends – they are my greatest resource. It is them who can truly be the best evidence of a job well done. I have received many awards throughout my time in real estate and made a good living, but those things are not my greatest achievement in this business – my clients and friends are.

Seeing the happy endings for first time buyers, retirees, flippers, first investment purchasers or dream homeowners, seeing the happy end of those stressful difficult trades like estate sales, divorce sales or quick sales due to financial trouble. Whether happy, difficult, sad, urgent, slow or fast I am with you from beginning to end. The relationship I have with my clients doesn’t end when the trade is complete – that is just the beginning! My greatest honour and compliment is when clients tell their friends and family about me. It is those referrals that keep me in business and reward me with more opportunity to do it all over again!
